A standard fully automatic insulated glass production line usually consists of a feeding section, a cleaning and drying section, an inspection section, a closing section, and a sealing section. It integrates the originally scattered processes into a seamless continuous workflow:

清洗與干燥：這是保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的第一道關(guān)卡。玻璃原片進(jìn)入生產(chǎn)線后，會(huì)在30℃—55℃的恒溫水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中接受徹底的刷洗和風(fēng)干，確保表面無塵、無油污、無水漬，為后續(xù)的密封粘結(jié)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

Cleaning and drying: This is the first hurdle to ensure product quality. After entering the production line, the glass wafer will undergo thorough brushing and air drying in a constant temperature water circulation system at 30 ℃ -55 ℃ to ensure that the surface is dust-free, free of oil stains and water stains, laying a solid foundation for subsequent sealing and bonding.

間隔框制備與涂布：與此同時(shí)，鋁間隔框（或暖邊條）經(jīng)過切割、折彎后，被灌入能吸收水分的分子篩（干燥劑）。隨后，丁基膠涂布機(jī)會(huì)在鋁框表面均勻涂上一層黑色的丁基膠，這是中空玻璃的第一道密封防線。

Preparation and coating of spacer frames: At the same time, aluminum spacer frames (or warm edge strips) are cut and bent, and then filled with molecular sieves (desiccants) that can absorb moisture. Subsequently, the butyl adhesive coating machine evenly applies a layer of black butyl adhesive on the surface of the aluminum frame, which is the first line of defense for the sealing of the insulated glass.

自動(dòng)合片：清洗干凈的玻璃與涂好膠的鋁框在合片機(jī)處精準(zhǔn)匯合。設(shè)備通過高精度的定位系統(tǒng)，將兩片（或三片）玻璃與鋁框壓合在一起。對(duì)于高端產(chǎn)品，這一步還會(huì)預(yù)留充氣口，充入氬氣等惰性氣體以提升保溫性能，充氣含量通常要求≥85%。

Automatic lamination: Clean glass and glued aluminum frame are precisely merged at the lamination machine. The device uses a high-precision positioning system to press two (or three) pieces of glass and an aluminum frame together. For high-end products, this step also reserves an inflation port to fill with inert gases such as argon to enhance insulation performance, with a typical inflation content requirement of ≥ 85%.

雙道密封：合片后的玻璃進(jìn)入自動(dòng)封膠機(jī)，機(jī)器會(huì)在玻璃四周的縫隙處均勻涂抹雙組份密封膠（如聚硫膠或硅酮膠）。這第二道密封不僅增強(qiáng)了氣密性和水密性，更決定了中空玻璃的使用壽命。

Double sealing: After lamination, the glass enters the automatic sealing machine, and the machine will evenly apply two-component sealing glue (such as polysulfide glue or silicone glue) to the gaps around the glass. This second seal not only enhances the airtightness and water tightness, but also determines the service life of the insulated glass.
