系統(tǒng)利用電接點(diǎn)壓力表實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)壓力：當(dāng)無桿腔壓力升至上限，觸點(diǎn)發(fā)出信號(hào)使1YA斷電、液壓泵關(guān)閉，由蓄能器保壓；壓力降至下限時(shí)自動(dòng)恢復(fù)供油。這一閉環(huán)控制確保涂布?jí)毫κ冀K穩(wěn)定在工作范圍內(nèi)。

The system uses an electric contact pressure gauge to adjust pressure in real time: when the pressure in the rodless chamber rises to the upper limit, the contact sends a signal to cut off power to 1YA and shut down the hydraulic pump, which is maintained by the accumulator; Automatically resume fuel supply when the pressure drops to the lower limit. This closed-loop control ensures that the coating pressure remains stable within the working range.

值得注意的是，液壓缸與丁基膠缸安裝在同一水平線上，兩者之間的間隔用于充添固體丁基膠。
