在玻璃材料給定后，比如普通平板玻璃或鋼化玻璃，那么根據(jù)玻璃強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)理論，玻璃原片的斷裂強(qiáng)度就確定下來(lái)了。由于中空玻璃機(jī)器生產(chǎn)的玻璃是由兩片（或兩片以上）玻璃構(gòu)成，周邊密封形成一個(gè)密封的空氣層，中空玻璃在一面玻璃受到載荷作用時(shí)，受力面玻璃變形壓縮中空層氣體，氣體壓強(qiáng)增大，將部分載荷傳送給另一面玻璃，因此在氣體密封狀態(tài)下，中空玻璃是兩片玻璃共同承擔(dān)載荷，兩片玻璃同時(shí)變形。中空玻璃是兩層或多層平板玻璃由灌注了干燥劑的鋁框用丁基波和聚硫膠粘結(jié)而成。

制造中空玻璃設(shè)備的原片玻璃可以是無(wú)色浮法玻璃、鍍膜玻璃、鋼化玻璃、夾層玻璃等。應(yīng)避免使用普通平板玻璃，普通平板玻璃的透明度及強(qiáng)度均達(dá)不到要求。上述玻璃原片必須符合相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)合格后才能使用。不同廠家不同批次的玻璃在切割前應(yīng)首先檢查有無(wú)色差，將色差較大的玻璃分別用于不同的工程或不同的建筑立面中。玻璃切割尺寸應(yīng)按圖紙要求嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行，同時(shí)操作人員應(yīng)注意玻璃表面，不得有劃傷、氣泡等明顯缺陷。鋁條、插角的選用：鋁條的厚度應(yīng)在0.30mm～0.35mm之間，厚度應(yīng)均勻一致，透氣孔分布均勻。鋁條須經(jīng)陽(yáng)極氧化處理或去污處理，一定要選用質(zhì)量好、檔次高的產(chǎn)品，提高鋁條利用率。插角尺寸要選好，表面要擦干凈。

The raw glass for manufacturing insulated glass equipment can be colorless float glass, coated glass, tempered glass, laminated glass, etc. Ordinary flat glass should be avoided as its transparency and strength do not meet the requirements. The above-mentioned glass raw sheets must meet the corresponding standard requirements and pass inspection before they can be used. Before cutting glass from different manufacturers and batches, it is necessary to first check for color difference. Glass with significant color difference should be used for different projects or building facades. The cutting size of glass should be strictly executed according to the drawing requirements, and the operator should pay attention to the surface of the glass, without obvious defects such as scratches and bubbles. Selection of aluminum bars and corner inserts: The thickness of the aluminum bars should be between 0.30mm and 0.35mm, with uniform thickness and even distribution of ventilation holes. Aluminum bars must undergo anodizing or decontamination treatment, and high-quality and high-grade products must be selected to improve the utilization rate of aluminum bars. The size of the insertion angle should be carefully selected, and the surface should be wiped clean.

中空玻璃設(shè)備的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是節(jié)能與環(huán)保，現(xiàn)代建筑能耗主要是空調(diào)和照明，前者占55%，后者占23%，玻璃是建筑外墻中最薄、最易傳熱的材料。大部分玻璃加工廠使用的中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線都是半自動(dòng)式板壓或輥壓生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，其生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏的快慢主要受限于壓片機(jī)的速度和在線清洗機(jī)的速度。若想提高一次提交成品率，就必須落實(shí)合片前各個(gè)工序的自檢和互檢，從上片檢查、鋁框制作乃至丁基膠涂布，尤其是要注意上框工序的質(zhì)量檢查，因?yàn)槿魏稳毕菰谠摴ば蚨蓟究梢燥@現(xiàn)出來(lái)，而且在合片前能較容易地進(jìn)行補(bǔ)救處理。

Most glass processing plants use semi-automatic plate or roll production equipment for their insulated glass production lines, and the speed of their production rhythm is mainly limited by the speed of the tablet press and the speed of the online cleaning machine. If you want to improve the yield rate of a single submission, it is necessary to implement self inspection and mutual inspection of each process before lamination, from upper piece inspection, aluminum frame production to butyl rubber coating.
